Changes recorded in 2026
3 batches. 2 withdrawal(s) recorded.
Two roster records reached the end of their second review window
Two directions could no longer be verified from public sources after their second window closed. Both moved to retired, and the reason is stated on each record rather than the record being deleted.
What changed
- Two records moved from current to retired with the reason recorded against each.
- The withdrawal rule in the method page was clarified to say that a retired record stays visible.
- The roster dataset description was updated to state the count of retired records.
Withdrawn
- A direction previously recorded for accessories could no longer be identified from public sources after a period without listings of the kind the record described.
- A direction previously recorded for outerwear had its only public source withdrawn, leaving the record with no evidence above the third-party level.

Reader reports on box label evidence and on the returns reserve
Three reports arrived about the same judging point on box labels, all making the same observation: a single-frame photograph had been accepted as proof when the label and the shoe were photographed together but at different focal distances. The step wording was tightened rather than the threshold changed.
What changed
- Step 1 of the box label judging point now requires the label, the size tag and the shoe to be legible in one exposure, and says so explicitly rather than implying it.
- The returns reserve note now states that the figure is not a worst case when the reserve is switched off.
- The damage claim photo set grew a fourth angle for items whose damage sits under a fold.

Quarterly parameter pass across freight, duty and payment lines
Every freight band, duty band and payment surcharge was re-read against published terms and buyer-reported outcomes. Four bands moved; the rest were confirmed at their previous values. Two lanes gained enough observations to leave the no-sample state.
What changed
- Freight bands for the standard tier into Canada and Australia were widened after the reported range no longer fitted inside the previous band.
- The low-value threshold used for the United States was re-read and left unchanged, with a fresh check date.
- Wallet and bank transfer surcharge bands were re-banded from a larger observation set; the mid-point moved by less than half a percentage point.
- Two carrier matrix cells that previously carried no sample now carry observations, so they show bands instead of a label.

Reading this archive
A batch records what moved and why. Where a change altered a threshold, the change is described in terms of the threshold rather than the page, so a reader can tell whether the reasoning or the number moved. Parameter changes are logged with the keys they touch, which are shown on the gauge pages that consume them.
