Gauges that show their inputs

Nine working calculators and matrices. Every one of them states where its parameters came from, how many observations sit behind them, and when they were last read.

Each gauge is a pure calculation rather than a quote. Freight bands, duty rates, return rates and measured size ranges are recorded from published terms and from outcomes buyers reported, and any of them can be overwritten in the interface when you have a better figure in front of you.

Two of the nine exist only here. The photo scorecard applies the reading sequence rather than averaging scores, and it returns no verdict at all when the photographs supplied fall below the evidence level a step requires. The landed-cost waterfall separates eight cost lines, including a quantity-tier adjustment and a returns reserve, and carries a check date against each one.

A gauge whose parameters have passed their review window says so, and treats the figures as placeholders rather than issuing a verdict from them. That is deliberate: a stale duty band is more dangerous than a missing one, because it looks like an answer.
