Changes recorded, by event rather than by calendar
3 batches so far. A batch is created when something actually changed — a rule, a rate, a criterion, a record — and not on a publishing schedule.
An archive built on a calendar fills up with empty entries, and an empty entry is worse than no entry because it implies a review happened when nothing was reviewed. Batches here appear only when there is something to record, and a batch that changed nothing is not created at all.
Withdrawals are recorded here as well as on the page they concern. A retired judging point or roster record stays visible in the place it used to occupy, because a reader who saw the earlier version should be able to find out what changed and why.

- Two roster records reached the end of their second review windowTwo directions could no longer be verified from public sources after their second window closed. Both moved to retired, and the reason is stated on each record rather than the record being deleted.26 Sep 2026
- Reader reports on box label evidence and on the returns reserveThree reports arrived about the same judging point on box labels, all making the same observation: a single-frame photograph had been accepted as proof when the label and the shoe were photographed together but at different focal distances. The step wording was tightened rather than the threshold changed.24 Sep 2026
- Quarterly parameter pass across freight, duty and payment linesEvery freight band, duty band and payment surcharge was re-read against published terms and buyer-reported outcomes. Four bands moved; the rest were confirmed at their previous values. Two lanes gained enough observations to leave the no-sample state.21 Sep 2026
