A record here describes a direction rather than a shop. That choice is deliberate and it costs something: a direction is harder to look up than a name. What it buys is a claim this desk can defend. It does not buy from these directions, does not inspect their output and holds no transaction data, so the highest evidence level a record can reach is platform public information.
Dispute notes describe the type of issue that has been reported in public, and never a specific allegation against a named party. Where a record rests on third-party references only, it says so. Where nothing was counted, the sample field says no sample rather than carrying an estimate.
Condition of use
