- Scope misses are common on category-restricted codes.
- An expired window is shown as a fact about the record, not as a reason to hurry.
How it is put together
Three boolean checks per record: whether the order total reaches the recorded threshold, whether the category falls inside the recorded scope, and whether today falls inside the recorded validity window. Rows pass only when all three hold.
Thresholds and scopes are recorded from published platform terms with a check date. They sit at the highest review tier.
What it cannot do
