How to read the result
- The verdict is driven by the sequence, not by an average: a single return-level finding at or above the required evidence level ends the assessment.
- A query finding never produces a pass. It sends you back to the seller for a re-shoot.
- Insufficient evidence is a real outcome, not an error. It means the photos supplied cannot support a decision.
- The concentration figure shows where the risk sits. It does not change the verdict.
- Copy the verdict into the platform message thread. A written request for a re-shoot is itself a record.
How it is put together
Each judging point contributes three criteria at three levels. The scorecard applies the sequence rule from the method page: return-level findings are read first, stop conditions second, queries third, and coverage last. A point judged on evidence below the level its step requires is discarded rather than counted, because a criterion cannot be applied to a photo that does not show it.
Evidence levels follow the definitions on the method page. Coverage thresholds are set at sixty per cent of the judging points recorded for a category, rounded up.
What it cannot do
- It judges what the photos show. It cannot judge smell, weight in hand, or how a zip feels through its travel.
- It does not verify authenticity and issues no opinion on it.
- A pass is a judgement on the evidence supplied at the time, not a guarantee about the item that arrives.
